SCAW Winter Conference: December 5-6, San Antonio, TX

The Scientists Center for Animal Welfare (SCAW) will present the 2016 Winter Conference “The Balance Between Science and Compliance: Optimizing Animal Welfare” on December 5-6, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. The two-day conference is for IACUC members and administrators, principal investigators, attending veterinarians, regulatory personnel and laboratory animal care staff. The program will provide key findings and advances in research animal welfare and explore policy and management issues related to IACUCs.
 

IACUC 23: The Charge & The Challenge

The New Jersey Association for Biomedical Research (NJABR) will present IACUC 23: The Charge & The Challenge on October 21, 2016 in Somerset, NJ.

Meeting the Information Requirements of the Animal Welfare Act: A Workshop
The USDA Animal Welfare Information Center (AWIC) teaches a one and a half day workshop at the National Agricultural Library (NAL) in Beltsville, MD, for individuals who are responsible for providing information to meet the requirements of the Animal Welfare Act (AWA).
