Description
The Biographical Sketch Common Form is a standardized document used to summarize the qualifications, experience, and relevant contributions of key personnel for federally funded research projects. It ensures consistency, transparency, and compliance with federal disclosure requirements, particularly those outlined in National Security Presidential Memorandum - 33 regarding foreign government-sponsored programs and talent recruitment activities.
How to Access
SciENcv must be used to prepare the form. There is not a blank template that can be downloaded and completed outside of SciENcv.
- The second section of the interface collects the NIH Biographical Sketch Supplement information. You complete both forms through one user interface.
- Download the completed PDF forms from SciENcv, then attach the forms to your applications and progress reports.
- Find additional tips about SciENcv in NOT-OD-26-018.
