Post-Meeting Do’s and Don’ts: Advice for Reviewers

 

Do   

General: 

  • Do keep all materials strictly confidential

Post-Meeting: 

  • Do sign the Post-Meeting Conflict of Interest form
  • Do revise your critiques and individual criterion scores and re-upload into IAR by the deadline if your comments or final impact score changed during the meeting
  • Do follow SRO instructions for destroying any review materials that you have retained in order to revise your critiques

 

Don’t!   
 

General: 

  • Don’t discuss the grant applications with anyone outside of the review panel before, during or after the meeting
  • Don’t discuss the grant applications with other review panel members before the meeting
