All reviewers must indicate their lobbyist status. If you are a registered Federal lobbyist, you are not permitted to serve on a Federal Advisory Committee. A registered lobbyist is a person who is compensated for communicating directly with any official in the legislative or executive branch of the federal government with the purpose of influencing and legislative action or an administrative decision.
