Division of Technical and Strategic Coordination (DTSC)

DTSC manages a range of business and administrative activities and serves as the focal point for project management activities for eRA.

Adrian Gutierrez


Project Coordination Branch

Manages program support tasks for eRA, including project management,  risk management, and strategic planning. Responsible for acquisitions and contract management and for support of financial management.

Service and Quality Branch

Provides a customer-focused, single point of contact service desk and quality assurance center, supporting internal and external users of all eRA systems. Also delivers support to ensure integrity of data and secure account provisioning.​
