Project Coordination Branch

Manages program support tasks for eRA, including project management, risk management, and strategic planning. Responsible for acquisitions and contract management and for support of financial management.

Service and Quality Branch

Provides a customer-focused, single point of contact service desk and quality assurance center, supporting internal and external users of all eRA systems. Also delivers support to ensure integrity of data and secure account provisioning.​

Grants System Integration & Implementation Branch

Operates as the primary liaison between eRA, OER policy groups and the grants management user community on all aspects of the administrative management of grants.  Supports the implementation of functions and features that are specific to the eRA Grants Management system and provides support for NIH and partner financial systems for the appropriate financial processing of grants. Supports NIH and partner financial Year End Close (YEC) activities and coordinates YEC activities and problem resolution within eRA and with other relevant organizations.
