In this episode of "All About Grants" from the National Institutes of Health, Megan Columbus introduces the topic of NIH sharing policies. She is joined by J.P. Kim, the Director of the Division of Extramural Inventions & Technology Resources in the Office of Extramural Research.

They address the confusion some investigators have regarding the existence of data sharing and model organism sharing policies at NIH. The purpose of these sharing policies is also explained since some researchers assume they have always had unrestricted access to animal models and other unique research resources.
