In this webinar, Ellen Paul, Executive Director of the Ornithological Council, will talk about the purpose of wildlife permits, the relationship of the criteria for permit issuance to the protocol review, the timing of permit issuance in the context of the protocol review process, permit policies that pose challenges for IACUC review, and an overview of specific federal permits and state permits in general.
