Purpose

As previously announced, NIH is implementing changes to grant application forms and instructions for due dates on or after May 25, 2020 (FORMS-F). Per NOT-OD-20-026 and NOT-OD-20-077, NIH will be reissuing all Parent Announcements .

The reissuance of the following Funding Opportunity Announcements (FOAs) is currently underway, and publication is anticipated by June 25, 2020. In the interim, NIH is implementing the following updates in order for applicants to successfully apply for opportunities until reissuance.

• FORMS-F forms packages have been added to the following Parent Announcements. FORMS-E and FORMS-F forms packages are available for use until the reissued Parent Announcements are published.
  • PA-18-589 Successor-in-Interest (Type 6 Parent Clinical Trial Optional)
  • PA-18-590 Change of Grantee Organization (Type 7 Parent Clinical Trial Optional)
  • PA-18-591 Administrative Supplements to Existing NIH Grants and Cooperative Agreements (Parent Admin Supp - Clinical Trial Optional)

• Continue to use the currently posted FORMS-E forms packages for the following competitive revision FOAs until they are reissued.
