The National Institutes of Health is reposting application and progress report instructions to accommodate recent changes in policy, provide instructional clarifications and update hyperlinks or correct typographical errors. No new policy or requirements are implemented that have not been previously announced in the NIH Guide for Grants and Contracts.
All changes are indicated by purple text in the actual documents. The timeframe for reposting and a description of the changes for each document appears below.

Clarification regarding Multiple PD/PI and leadership plan submission; elimination of Error Correction Window (NOT-OD-10-123); addition of Responsible Conduct of Research page limits to Table 2.6-1, Page Limits; clarification to instructions for Research Training Program Plan Component, Plan for the Instruction in the Responsible Conduct of Research; new time limit on resubmissions (NOT-OD-10-140); Just-in-Time submissions (NOT-OD-10-120); clarification to the policy on post submission application materials (NOT-OD-10-115); DUNS Number and CCR Registration requirements (NOT-OD-11-004); and implementation of the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act reporting (NOT-OD-11-005).
