This addendum is to inform potential applicants for the NIDCR National 
Research Service Award Institutional Research Training Grants ("comprehensive 
T32 program") of the following:

1) NIDCR announces termination of PAR-00-116 as of September 10, 2003.  All 
new and competing renewal applications must be received by that date to be 
considered for support in FY2004. NIDCR intends to issue a new announcement 
in 2004, with receipt in 2005 and review and award in 2006.

2) Supplemental competing Type 3 applications to existing comprehensive T32 
programs are also invited for submission by September 10, 2003.  Instructions 
for submitting a supplemental application are found at

3) All other components of PAR-00-116 and Notices previously released remain 
unchanged.
