Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse KD&A Cooperative Agreements (UD1)

To provide support to develop new knowledge about ways to improve the prevention and/or treatment of substance abuse and/or mental illness, and to work with State and local governments as well as providers, families, and consumers to apply that knowledge effectively in everyday practice. Outcome measures are the heart and core of the KD&As, do not provide operating funds for service programs, except as required by the knowledge development activity.
