Cooperative Agreements for Special Projects of National Significance (SPNS) (U90)
In cooperation with State and local public health agencies and other public or private nonprofit entities, to conduct HIV service-related projects which meet the criteria for funding and target one of the specified priority areas. The primary purpose of the SPNS program is to contribute to the advancement of knowledge and skill in the delivery of health and support services to persons with HIV disease.
