Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) Cooperative Agreements - Phase II (U44)
To support in-depth development of R&D ideas whose feasibility has been established in Phase I and that are likely to result in commercial products or services.
Organization Eligibility
Only United States small business concerns are eligible to submit applications to SBIR and STTR funding opportunities. Collaborating research institutions (e.g., universities) are subcontractors to the small businesses and may not apply as applicants. See SEED: Eligibility Criteria.
