Phase 0 Proof of Concept Partnership (SB0)

To enable qualifying institutions to create regional entrepreneurship hubs that provide product development/commercialization training and fund proof-of-concept stage technology development projects, leading to the development of companies eligible to participate in the Small Business Program (R41/R42/R43/R44 - SBIR and STTR).
