Purpose

This Notice is being issued to inform potential applicants to PAR-13-126 "Limited Competition: Fogarty HIV Research Training Program for Low-and Middle-Income Country Institutions (D43)" that the wrong application package was linked when the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) was published by the NIH on April 25, 2013.

The application package posted with the FOA incorrectly contains the PHS398 Training Budget form as a mandatory form. The instructions in the FOA indicate that "[t]he R&R Budget Component must be used instead of the Training Budget Component." However, the application package posted with the FOA incorrectly contains the PHS398 Training Budget form as a mandatory form.

In order to submit an application successfully, applicants will need to submit the PHS398 Training Budget form with the application, but should enter $0 for the amounts in the PHS398 Training Budget form. Applicants must follow the FOA instructions and use the SF424 (R&R) Budget form to request a budget for the training grant.

After the July 24, 2013 due date, the correct application package, containing only the SF424 R&R Budget form, will be posted for use with subsequent application due dates.

All other aspects of this FOA remain unchanged.
