Purpose

This Notice informs the community of an application form issue with RFA-RM-21-016 NIH Director’s New Innovator Award Program (DP2 Clinical Trial Optional).

The application forms package originally posted with this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) did not include budget forms.

To address this issue, a new application forms package with the correct budget form options has been posted in Grants.gov identified by a Competition ID of ‘FORMS-F-REVISED’. If you initiated an application using the original (FORMS-F) package, you must move the application information to the FORMS-F-REVISED application package to successfully submit. If you are not sure which application package you are using, check out this resource: Do I Have The Right Electronic Forms for My Application (nih.gov).
