Purpose

On December 20, 2018, the National Institutes of Health published a new Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) PAR-19-128 Biomedical Research Facilities (C06 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) to support modernization of existing research facilities (e.g., laboratory space or animal facilities), or to construct new biomedical research space.

To assist potential applicants, NIH/ORIP has generated a list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and related answers.

To provide information about the FOA and answer questions from prospective applicants, a public pre-application webinar will be held on January 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EST.

Prospective applicants are encouraged to submit their questions regarding the FOA requirements and drafting applications, in advance of the webinar.
