This notice informs the research community that the eRA Commons Help Desk has been rebranded as the eRA Service Desk.
The eRA Service Desk will continue to provide high-quality support for eRA Commons and its modules (Status, Personal Profile, Institutional Profile, Just-In-Time, Research Performance Progress Report, Financial Conflict of Interest, Federal Financial Report, and more).
The new name, however, reflects the team's expansion to support ASSIST and other eRA services.
Funding opportunity announcements and our grants.nih.gov web pages already reflect the name change. Updates to system screens and other resources are underway. We encourage you to update any references you may have for our eRA Service Desk team.
