Purpose

Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) RFA-MH-14-120 was incorrectly posted in Grants.gov. The NIH corrected the posting issue on October 1, 2013.  The NIH will be unable to process any applications prepared with a form package downloaded prior to the correction. Applicants must return to the FOA to download and complete a new form package in order to successfully submit to this opportunity.
