The NIMH has made the following amendments to program announcement PAR-98-020 
available at http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-98-020.html.

The title and number of the program announcement must be typed in Section 2 
of the face page of the application.

Applications submitted on or after January 15, 2001 must conform to the 
following page limitations:  All major sections of the application are 
limited to 25 pages each.  This limitation extends to all sections of text 
including the Introduction/Overview section that includes background, 
significance, center aims and approach, and a brief description of each core 
in the proposed center.  Amended applications or competing renewals may 
include a response to the previous critique not to exceed three pages.  
Descriptions of each specific core in the center are likewise limited to 25 
pages.
