The purpose of this notice is to suspend NLM’s participation in PA-06-180, NIH Small Research Grant Program (R03). Effective immediately, NLM will not accept assignment of new, resubmission or AIDS-related applications submitted to PA-06-180. This notice does not change the participation of the other components of NIH that participate in PA 06-180: National Human Genome Research Institute (NHGRI), National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), National Institute on Aging (NIA) , National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA), National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institute of Biomedical Imaging and Bioengineering (NIBIB), National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD), National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS), National Institute of Mental Health (NIMH), National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR). Other than the change in participation by NLM, all other aspects of this Funding Opportunity Announcement remain unchanged.
