Notice Number: NOT-HL-19-707
Key Dates
Release Date: May 29, 2019
Issued by
National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI)
Purpose
This Notice informs the community of an applicationform issue with RFA-HL-20-010 "BLOODSAFE: Research to enhance availability of safe blood for patients with severe anemia and hemorrhagic conditions in low or lower-middle income countries (LLMICs) in Sub-Saharan Africa - Data Coordinating Center (DCC) (U24 Clinical Trial Not Allowed)".
The application forms package originally posted with this Funding Opportunity Announcement mistakenly included an R&R Budget form which limits an application to only 5 budget periods. RFA-HL-20-010 allows for up to 6 budget periods.
To address this issue, a new application forms package which can accomodate 6 budget periods has been posted in Grants.gov identified by a Competition ID of ‘FORMS-E-REVISED’. If you initiated an application using the original (FORMS-E) package, you must move the application information to the FORMS-E-REVISED application package to successfully submit. If you are not sure which application package you are using, check out this resource.
Note: ASSIST, Workspace and many institutional system-to-system solutions allow application data to be easily copied from one application package to another. In this case, the “copy” feature will move all but your budget data to the form package. Contact appropriate support team for assistance (ASSIST eRA Service Desk; Workspace Grants.gov Contact Center).
