Purpose

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) rescinds NOT-HL-16-329 that expressed interest for investigator-initiated administrative supplement requests to enhance HIV-related heart, lung, blood, and sleep research. Therefore, until further notice, NHLBI will no longer be funding new investigator-initiated administrative supplement requests to enhance HIV-related heart, lung, blood, and sleep research.
