Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that the NHLBI will be postponing the October 19th and November 16th teleconferences (announced via NOT-HL-15-276) to provide programmatic technical assistance for prospective applicants to the TREIN initiative (T4 Translation Research Capacity Building Initiative in Low Income Countries) until 2016.

The FOA is now expected to be published in Spring 2016 and the application due date is expected in Summer 2016.
