The letter of intent is to be sent to Dr. Valerie Prenger at the address listed under WHERE TO SEND INQUIRIES by July 27, 2004. SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION Applications must be prepared using the PHS 398 research grant application instructions and forms (rev. 5/2001). Applications must have a Dun and Bradstreet (D&B) Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number as the Universal Identifier when applying for Federal grants or cooperative agreements.
