Purpose

This Notice informs the community of an application forms issue with RFA-HD-19-017, National Centers for Translational Research in Reproduction and Infertility (P50 Clinical Trial Optional).

The application forms package originally posted with this Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) did not include the appropriate required budget forms.

To address this issue, we have posted a corrected application package identified by a Competition ID of ‘FORMS-E-REVISED’. Applicants who have initiated applications using the original (FORMS-E) package must move to the FORMS-E-REVISED application package to successfully submit.

Note: ASSIST and many institutional system-to-system solutions allow application data to be easily copied from one application package to another. If using ASSIST, contact the eRA Service Desk if you need assistance using the ASSIST Copy feature.

No changes are being made to the text of the FOA itself.
