This Notice is to inform the scientific community that the NIDDK is amending the procedure for Administrative Research Supplements for Program Announcements PA-05-015, entitled Research Supplements to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research, and PA-04-126, Supplements to Promote Re-entry into Biomedical and Behavioral Research Careers, as follows:

The completed request, including all appropriate signatures and supporting documents, must be submitted electronically as a single PDF document. The subject line of the email must contain only the phrase, NIDDK DIVERSITY SUPPLEMENT APPLICATION PDF , in all caps. Direct mail submissions will no longer be accepted. Please submit the complete application to the email address below:
