This Notice is to inform the scientific community that the NIDDK is amending the application and submission information for Program Announcements PA-05-015, entitled “Research Supplements to Promote Diversity in Health-Related Research,” and PA-04-126, “ Supplements to Promote Re-entry into Biomedical and Behavioral Research Careers,” as follows:
NIDDK strongly encourages electronic submission of the completed request, including all appropriate signatures and supporting documents, to be submitted as a single PDF document. The subject line of the email should contain only the phrase, “NIDDK DIVERSITY SUPPLEMENT APPLICATION PDF”, in all caps.
