The National Center for Complementary and Alternative Medicine (NCCAM)

This notice is an addendum to PAR-00-027, titled "Complementary and 
Alternative Medicine (CAM) Education Project Grant" released in the NIH 
Guide for Grants and Contracts on December 13, 1999 
(http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/pa-files/PAR-00-027.html) and 
revised by a NOTICE (AT-01-001)released in the Guide for Grants and 
Contracts on December 5, 2000 
(http://grants.nih.gov/grants/guide/notice-files/NOT-AT-01-001.html).

The original intent was to make five awards within this Program 
Announcement in each of three fiscal years.  The NCCAM has made ten 
awards and has already accepted for review sufficient applications to 
make five additional awards during this, the third fiscal year.  
Therefore, per the recommendation of the National Advisory Council for 
Complementary and Alternative Medicine, NCCAM will no longer accept 
applications in response to PAR-00-027.
