Purpose

This Notice is to inform the scientific community that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) is terminating immediately PA-12-161 "Basic Research on HIV Persistence (R01)".

Applications will not be accepted in response to PA-12-161. However, on June 4, 2014, NIAID published PAR-14-247, "Basic Research on HIV Persistence (R01)" to take its place.
