Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to inform potential applicants that the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) will hold a pre-application technical assistance webinar on July 31, 2024 at 1:00 PM EST for the funding opportunities titled:

• RFA-HL-25-007 Phased Multi-Site Clinical Trial: Testing Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease in Young Adults With High Lifetime Risk Using Surrogate Outcomes - Data Coordinating Center (Collaborative U24 Trial Required)
• RFA-HL-25-010 Phased Multi-Site Clinical Trial: Testing Prevention of Cardiovascular Disease in Young Adults With High Lifetime Risk Using Surrogate Outcomes - Clinical Coordinating Center (Collaborative UG3/UH3 Clinical Trial Required)

The purpose of and requirements for both RFAs will be reviewed. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions. Program staff from the NHLBI and the Division of Cardiovascular Sciences will be available to provide responses.

While not required, participation in the webinar is strongly encouraged. Potential applicants are strongly encouraged to submit questions prior to the webinars via email to NHLBI_Youngadults@mail.nih.gov. Please indicate "RFA Young Adults Webinar" in the subject line of the email.
