Purpose

The purpose of this notice is to inform interested applicants that there will be a change in receipt date for the Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) RFA-HL-21-015 "HeartShare: Next-Generation Phenomics to Define Heart Failure Subtypes and Treatment Targets - Clinical Centers (U01 Clinical Trial Not Allowed) . Specifically, the receipt date will change from December 7, 2020 to January 8, 2021. All other aspects of the FOA remain the same.
