Purpose

The NCI will hold a pre-application webinar for the “Specialized Programs of Research Excellence (SPOREs) in Cancer Health Disparities and Minority Health (CHD-MH) (U54 Clinical Trial Optional)”. The intent of the webinar is to provide an overview of the U54 CHD-MH SPORE program (RFA-CA-24-020) and to address questions pertinent to preparing applications. The webinar is optional and not required for application submission. Pre-registration is required to attend the webinar.

Attendees are strongly encouraged to submit questions no later than 3 days prior to the webinar to the agency contact listed below. Indicate “U54 SPORE RFA Webinar” in the subject line of your email. Attendees will also be able to submit questions during the webinar; however, questions submitted in advance will be answered first.

Note that questions about the scope of the NOFO will be addressed during the webinar. However, questions about investigators' specific study aims will not be addressed in the webinar and can be directed to the agency contact listed below.

Following the webinar, the slide presentation, a link to the webinar, and FAQs will be available on the NCI SPORE website.
