Provider Restrictions: An MTA must be signed between the requesting investigator and Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto Canada. A research plan is required and all research must have obtained relevant permissions through the requesting investigator's national regulations. In Canada, research must follow the Stem Cell Oversight Committee guidelines and SCOC approval for the use of the cell lines must be obtained.
