This webinar is designed for anyone interested in the HHS SBIR Contract Proposal (PHS 2016-1), and the new electronic submission process through the electronic Contract Proposal Submission (eCPS) website.

Specifically: entrepreneurs, small business owners, academics, research organizations, biotech professionals, small business development centers, local, state or federal government representatives, etc.
Purpose

The HHS SBIR Contract RFP Informational Webinar PHS 2016-1, which took place on August 13, 2015, discussed the PHS 2016-1 solicitation and the new electronic contract proposal submission (eCPS) website.
