14.5 Application Requirements

Conference grant applications are electronically submitted using an application package that combines SF424 (R&R) and PHS398 components. Applications packages and instructions are provided with each FOA. Applicants must complete and submit a detailed categorical budget using the Research & Related Budget component; however, no indirect (F&A) costs may be requested.
