IACUC 101 | March 30 | A one-day didactic and interactive exploration of IACUC fundamentals appropriate for new and seasoned IACUC members, IACUC affiliates, and individuals responsible for their institution's animal care program. The course provides a basic yet comprehensive overview of the laws, regulations, and policies that govern the humane care and use of research animals.
NWABR Regional IACUC Conference | March 31 | A one-day conference covering hot topics related to animal care and use, led by facilitators from around the U.S. There will be interactive discussions for new and experienced IACUC members, opportunities to ask questions of regulatory officials, and networking time with colleagues.
PRIM&R IACUC Conference | April 1-2 | A two-day conference covering topics relevant to all those involved in the fields of animal care and use and research ethics. The conference will include a range of keynote addresses, panels, workshops, and didactic sessions, designed to help build and strengthen an effective animal care and use program. This year, PRIM&R has created a 5th series of breakouts and eliminated one panel to give attendees more time in the breakout sessions, plus they’ve added more advanced content.
