The agencies involved in this solicitation are National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA, NIH); National Cancer Institute (NCI, NIH); National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK, NIH); National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA, NIH); National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences (NIEHS, NIH); National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI, NIH); National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS, NIH); National Center for Research Resources (NCRR, NIH), and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
