The purpose of this modification is to amend the notice that was
published in the NIH Guide, Vol. 25, No. 6, March 1, 1996.  The
notice erroneously stated that the award of a two-year, cost
reimbursement (level of effort) type contract was anticipated.  This
modification revises the type of contract anticipated for awarded.
It is anticipated that a two-year, cost reimbursement (completion)
type contract will be awarded.
