A Minority Investigator Workshop, "How to Secure Funding for HIV/AIDS

Research," sponsored by the Division of AIDS, National Institute of

Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) and the Office of Research on

Minority Health, NIH, will be held on September 28, 1994, from 8:30am

to 8:00pm in Bethesda, Maryland.  Presentations will include

information about a future NIAID program targeted to underserved

minority investigators in AIDS research and general grantsmanship

information.  Attendees may also apply for support to participate in

the 1994 Annual Meeting of the Laboratory of Tumor Cell Biology,

National Cancer Institute.
