The Government estimates the project will last approximately 5 years and will require approximately 1,020 professional (Ph.D.) person-hours, 10,200 laboratory technician person-hours, and 20,400 animal technician person-hours. The Request for Proposals (RFP) will be released on or about July 15, 1992, and proposals due to be received September 18, 1992.
