    • Faculty, Trainees, and Training Record
    • Other Training Program Sections
    • Appendix- NOT ALLOWED; Note that the Appendix should only be used in circumstances covered in the NIH policy on appendix materials or if the FOA specifically instructs applicants to do so.

Follow all instructions provided in the SF424 (R&R) Application Guide with the following additional modifications:

    • International Program Training Data Tables (https://grants.nih.gov/grants/forms-f/data-tables.htm) are required.
    • Applicants should summarize, in the body of the application, key data from the tables that highlight the characteristics of the applicant pool, faculty, mentors, the educational and career outcomes of participants, and other factors that contribute to the overall environment of the program.
