Purpose

The GEOHealth program (RFA-TW-14-002) aims to build networked multi-institutional research and training collaborations.  The above identified FOA indicates that salary costs should not exceed 25% of the total cost of the U2R grant.  This Guide Notice is to clarify to potential applicants that this category limit is guidance only. Applicants may propose alternative allocations with a strong budget justification, as long as the total costs of the grant do not exceed $300,000 per year. Peer reviewers, program and grants officials will assess the proposed budget in the context of the project’s aims and the goals of the program
