Purpose

Due to the impact of the US government shutdown on obtaining required institutional registrations and investigator IDs, the application due date of November 20, 2013 for the International Cooperative Biodiversity Groups FOA (RFA-TW-13-001) has been extended to December 11, 2013, thus the Expiration Date of the FOA is December 12, 2013. All other aspects of the FOA remain unchanged, including other key dates.
