Purpose

The purpose of this Notice is to clarify the page limits found within PAR-08-155 Phase II Comprehensive ICOHRTA AIDS/TB (U2R), in Section IV, 6. Other Submission Requirements and Information regarding Sections 8.91 Introduction:

Corrections:
 
For renewal applications, Section 8.9.6, Progress Report does NOT need to be included in the 25 page limit.

8.9.1, Introduction should read: 

If you are preparing a Resubmission (amended) application, prepare an Introduction section.

An unsuccessful application may only be re-submitted in response to a FOA for Phase II ICOHRTA AIDS TB Program.

Follow these directions for Sec 8.9.2 – 8.9.5
Note:  Twenty-five page limit for Sec 8.9.2-8.9.5. 

All other aspects of the PAR-08-155 remain the same.
