Two separate, companion FIRCA Program Announcements (PARs) are being issued for all FIRCA deadlines after March 25, 2005 (the last deadline under PA-02-057).

The new companion FIRCA PARs are the:

1. Fogarty International Research Collaboration - Behavioral and Social Sciences (FIRCA-BSS) (PAR-05-073): Application Receipt Date: September 21 each year, beginning with the September 21, 2005 receipt date.

2. Fogarty International Research Collaboration - Basic Biomedical (FIRCA-BB) (PAR-05-072): Application Receipt Dates: January 21, May 21 and September 21 each year, beginning with May 21, 2005 receipt date.
