This is an addendum to program announcement (PA), PA-99-029, for the HIV-AIDS 
and Related Illnesses Research Collaboration Award (AIDS-FIRCA), last issed 
December 18, 1998.  Please note that the application deadline is a receipt 
date and not a postmark date.  All AIDS FIRCA applications must now be 
received at NIH by the deadline listed in the program announcement.

The PA for the AIDS-FIRCA, PAR-99-008, can be obtained from
