Purpose

This Notice modifies the language of PAR-11-229 with regard to Section III. Eligibility Information.

In PAR-11-229, language in part 1 (Eligible Applicants) of Section III. Eligibility Information currently states:

Additional Restrictions and Considerations for Submitting an Application:

  • The lead institution cannot be in an IDeA state that is already home to an active NCRR-funded clinical and translational research center (CTSA or RCTR awards).  However, institutions/organizations in such states are allowed to partner or collaborate with the lead applicant institution.
  • Only one application can be submitted from an eligible IDeA state.
  • Applications from an institution/organization (identified by a unique NIH IPF number) that has three active COBRE awards are not allowed.
