Purpose
The purpose of this Notice is to clarify the page limits for Animal Model and Animal and Biological Materials Resource Grant (P40) applications submitted to the National Center for Research Resources. This Notice applies to new, renewal, resubmission and revision P40 grant applications submitted on or after the January 25, 2010 deadline.
- The Strategy section for the Resource component of the P40 application should not exceed 12 pages.
- The Strategy section for the Research component of the P40 application should not exceed 6 pages.
These page limits are in accord with the Table of Page Limits published on the NIH web site, http://enhancing-peer-review.nih.gov/page_limits.html
